Designated Staff Participating in the Investiture Processional
Assembly
Check in across from the USC Bookstore in Jaques Plaza and assemble in Associates Park. You should plan on arriving no later than 8:30 a.m.
Please leave any personal belongings in your offices as there will not be a secure area to leave items in Associates Park.
Processional
Processional lineup will begin at 9:00 a.m. The investiture processional will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. and will last about 25 minutes.
You will be led through the Bovard Auditorium portico to the start of the processional, and delegates will march from the front steps of Bovard Auditorium into Alumni Park. Each group of delegates will be led by at least one marshal to the appropriate seating area.
