If USC were a country, its athletes’ 11 golds in Tokyo 2020 would have placed it seventh in the gold medal standings. From beach volleyball’s April Ross to champion runner Andre De Grasse, USC alumni and students shined at the Summer Games.

USC’s 21 total medals in Tokyo were the second most of any U.S. university. It was the fifth consecutive Summer Olympics that USC athletes won at least 20 medals.
